The Kappel district, with its many faces and stories, represents movement: from the takeoff at the former Ikarus airport, through the upheavals in the former Fritz-Heckert area after reunification, to the transformation of the industrial areas along Zwickauer Street. The connection to the world through the Chemnitz Trade Fair or the rediscovery of the former public transport depot as a garage campus as part of the European Capital of Culture. The program brings us movement, snacks, and games and gives us an insight into the neighborhood's past! It will be intense, funny, sporty, and windy!
